Shipping Fee
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders across our entire store. There are no minimum order requirements, membership fees, or hidden surcharges.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) everyday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
- Handling Time (Order Processing): 2 Business Days (Monday to Sunday).
- Transit Time (Shipping Carrier): 7-15 Business Days (Monday to Sunday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9-17 Business Days.

Operating Hours
Our fulfillment team operates Monday to Sunday to ensure that orders are processed without delay. Shipping timeframes are calculated in business days, but we handle orders throughout the week.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. Tracking information usually updates within 24-48 hours after shipment.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and fully complete at checkout. Pet Supplies is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
